Turkish Hackers Celebrate “Victory Day” by Defacing 350 Websites

Hackers of the Turk Hack Team have breached and defaced a total of 350 websites from all over the world to celebrate Victory Day, a national holiday to commemorate the victory in the battle of Dumlupınar, one of the decisive battles in the 1922 Turkish War of Independence.
According to HackRead, the targeted websites belong to various organizations from China, India, the US, Iran, Brazil, Mexico and other countries.

At the time of writing, some of the impacted sites have been restored, but others are either still defaced or they’ve been taken offline. A complete list of defacement mirrors can be found here.
