1) Go to http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/
2) Find fast proxy and port.
3) Paste it in https://dl.dropbox.com/u/33446/twitch/skype.html
4) Save to Disk
5) Right Click it and select 'Merge'.
6) Done it!
Now some of you may or may not face this problem, but for those of you who do , follow below ...
i attempted it and now it wont let me sign in my skype
For those who have this same problem...
Just click "Right click, Save As" that's to the right of "Want to remove your proxy?"
Put the .txt file in your Skype > Phone folder.
Once your sign back into skype, you can move it to your desktop (I moved it to my desktop just incase I need it again and the thing goes down). Though, the only bad thing about doing what I did (using the proxy thing to make my skype unresolveable), my skype sometimes randomly go offline (note: it doesn't happen often, no worries).
